The seller claims that this is newsprint paper. I did not find this to be the case. It is much thinner than newsprint paper. It nearly impossible to wrap something with it without it tearing.

I ordered this product as I use loose newsprint paper for a multitude of reasons. The photo showed a stack of neatly cut newsprint. It does not arrive this way. You receive a multitude of bundles wrapped up. Also, the quality of the paper is not the same through and through. The sheets vary in color and weight. Some feel like tissue paper and some feel like card-stock. Overall, though, I am satisfied with this purchase.
