About the Author

Michael Bond began chronicling the adventures of A Bear Called Paddington in 1958. Fortunately, bears don't need much encouragement and Paddington has since filled the pages of fourteen novels, a variety of picture books, and many other projects written for the young at heart of all ages. My daughter loves Paddington Bear, and this book is a nice addition. She loves going through the story herself and squeals in delight when seeing the clock or some other object that catches her attention. What I also like about it is that it has no negative messages, or messages that just don't make sense. Many sleep books for example talk about bath before bed, or exercising, other's show bad behavior like running away. Nothing like that in this book, just Paddington going to the market and eating at the end.

My toddler has loved this book since he was six-months old. He loves the pictures and rhymes on each page. It has been a constant favorite and we have read it together over and over and over again. A must have for any toddler's collection.

I purchased this little board book for my two year old granddaughter. It is perfect for her. The number of words per page is limited while the pictures are colorful. The size of the book is just right for her little hands.

The illustrations are not very cute, the text is a bit too simple and the book is over before you know it. Unless you are a die hard paddingtion fan - just move on.

It's good, but I like the Paddington Bear "All Day" book more. It's cute, but could be better.
