Paddle fit is fantastic!

Paddle Fit the ebook (actually a vook) is a super well done enjoyable way to learn about stand up paddle boarding and the fitness possibilities. As a multimedia experience, there are more than 100 pages of well written information and over 45 minutes worth of high quality video clips for anyone interested in stand up paddling.
The vook is organized into two halves. The first half teaches proper paddle technique suitable for first timers and experienced paddlers wanting to perfect things, or be able to teach others. The second half introduces the paddle-fit fitness program designed for anyone who would enjoy being on a paddle board more than working out in a gym.
As an experienced paddler I felt this vook struck the perfect balance of being relevant to both beginners and experts. I am already incorporating many of the fitness techniques into my life and seeing results. I highly recommend this vook!
