Just by owning the 200 pound rated cart, I wouldn't buy this one because I have seen much nicer ones for less. One guy on U-tube is selling a cart that comes with 12" wheels that is made entirely of square stainless steel stock doubled up for added strength. It is completely collapsable with locking sections that telescope out and comes with a carrying bag. It only sells for $150! That cart may be able to hold 400# but this one, I doubt it. Atleast not for very long. Point being, I wouldn't buy this cart for half of what this guy is asking. Don't say nobody warned you.
