I ordered these candles last week with Amazon Prime, and they arrived melted and a mess. I contacted Amazon C.S and got a response within two hours that they would send me a replacement with one day shipping. The candles arrived the next day in great shape, but what really impressed me was Amazon's C.S. Thank you Amazon!

I ordered this candle to give as a gift. It was delivered on my doorstep on Saturday (June)and when I got home on Monday, the wax/perfume had leaked outside the candle container. I wrote and sent pictures to Amazon.com but have not had a response. The contents should have been marked on the outside of the box to indicate that it could melt, and it should not have been left on my doorstep in the sun.
