Ok, I bought this pan but was taken aback at the apparent easy removal of the rust coating. With pan's coating so easy to come off, I was concerned that this was a hazard, and I was ready to return it. However, I did a bit of research, and I found this the following on [...] "Before the first use, you'll need to wash it well to remove the manufacturer's special anti-rust coating. You can do this with hot soapy water. "

It would really help if the manufacture included Before Use Cleaning instructions.
