I ordered this product and the tracking states that it was delivered. I have never received this item. I have emailed Amazon.com twice with no response. I have been charged for this item and for shipping and still do not have it.

All they delivered was a blade for the bottem, not the hole thing which it said, sent it back and have heard from them, no money back .
