Editorial Reviews

Review

`The general layout of the book is attractive with a double-column format. Text on one side is matched with a column containing a large number of high-quality figures, radiographs and clinical photographs. This book is easy to read and attractively presented, notable for high-quality illustrations and an approach which reflects modern trends within the specialty ... the book is far from being superficial. It contains a great deal of information and it is now the textbook that I recommend to undergraduates. Some have already bought the book and early reports have been most favourable. I see the book rapidly becoming a standard text for undergraduates in UK schools and I suspect that many postgraduates will also find it of great value.' International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry 1998 8

`'This is a well produced textbook...As an undergraduate textbook, it has more than achieved its aims. The book is traditional in style, well structured, and easy to read. The infomration is up-to-date, and a good balance of theory and clinical detail is presented...'' W.Kim Seow, Australian Dental Journal 1998:43:6

5.0 out of 5 stars Got to love this book, March 10, 2011
This review is from: Paediatric Dentistry (Paperback)
Anybody treating children in a dental setting should have a flick through this book. It's got it all in there from restorative to genetics. Despite being a rather hefty book and not one to be read in an evening believe me I've tried and failed before it's got lots of large colour photographs. These show everything from natal teeth, to very real grossly carious young mouths.
If you have to pick a peads dental book choose this one. I only wish they did it as an ebook...
