I love this book. I am new to cooking and I appreciate that it has clear easy to follow instructions and not an obnoxious amount of ingredients. I am a visual eater so I like that there are pictures of the dishes. I have very much enjoyed the dessert section - the almond tart and almond cream with chocolate sauce are each a perfect to the meal. My only disappointment was the Sangria recipe...I didn't think they were as strong as they could have been and they called for way more fruit than necessary.
