this is one of the wilder hospital books. dave wilder is a famous plastic surgeon who has come in at his sister's request to help out a friend's daughter who needs extensive surgery. her husband who dies in iraq was a manipulative rat and left her almost penniless. dave has a penchant for charity work hoping to make up for his supposedly being a disappointment to his dad...

The story almost seems far fetched, abstract and almost impossible; but then, i'm a sucker for happy endings!

this is one of the wilder hospital books. dave wilder is a famous plastic surgeon who has come in at his sister's request to help out a friend's daughter who needs extensive surgery. her husband who dies in iraq was a manipulative rat and left her almost penniless. dave has a penchant for charity work hoping to make up for his supposedly being a disappointment to his dad. their romance blossoms along the way. this is a five book series by some of silhouettes best authors
