wow,Mark's voice, pace and inflectin on top of the bilaterl tones have been a godsend to me during THE WORST nights of agony and sleepless following a car accident and post surgeries. I have gotten appropriate medicaton at times to without enough relief... This tape literally held me gently as I found peace and sleep. I used the healing vapor imagery on the tape to come up with adding an actual scent - for me, lime, all the more meaningful to my brain - its worth a try.

From someone who lives with daily pain -- this 'tape' is wonderful! Mark Grant just 'guides' you to a place where YOU control your pain.... whenever you want to. His voice holds you gently & lovingly to soothe. Mark Grant is wonderful and surely has made a difference in my life. Take the amount of time (you choose) to make your life better -- it isn't difficult to do and the benefits are enormous! Thank You Mark Grant!!
