4.0 out of 5 stars The Pain relief hand book., April 6, 2001

This review is from: The Pain Relief Handbook: Self-Health Methods for Managing Pain (Your Personal Health) (Paperback)
This is a very informative and useful book. The reader is given many useful techniques in dealing with chronic pain. It doesn't have all the answers but it does not claim to either.

It starts off by telling the reader not to read the book form cover to cover but to dip into the more useful areas first - such as relaxation and coping with pain. I did this initially and found it so useful that I then read the whole book.

Anyone who suffers with pain should consider reading this and keeping it as a good reference book.
