I just started supplementing my diet with iodine and this is the first product I have tried. It seems to be what it says it is, just pure iodine with no additives. My skin is clearer and firmer. I have adult acne and have not had a breakout since I started the regimen AND my skin FEELS smoother. My sleep patterns also seem to be more regulated. I usually add a few drops to an alomst empty bottle of water and shake it before gulping down. So far, I have not tasted it at all.
My husband has sinus and congestion issues so he began using the supplement as well. He has just started but has also noticed an improvement in breathing in his in just 2 days! I will need to order more soon...

Can taste the iodine with only 3drops but not bad, should stir with a spoon after adding to the water to dilute the taste. But all in all seems to be working after 4weeks and havn't being sick. Skin also seems much clearer and with good colour.
