5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky & Me
Let me start of by saying that the paint a rock kit is amazing!! It is so great, especially for anyone who doesn't really have friends, lives at their work, and is constantly being set up on blind dates by their mother. Yeah, I used to be annoyed by that last bit, but after creating Rocky, all is well.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad for the price
For the price its a decent gift. They do lead you to believe that its an actual stone when in reality, it is not. Its more like a plaster.

It all started when I walked into the Java Cafe last month. I don't even like coffee, but I go there anyways just because Ethan works there. If anyone can picture a man with Paul Walker's facial structure and Channing Tatum's guns, then they will understand that the sacrifice I had to take by driving an extra 5 minutes to the Cafe every morning is definitely work the rewards. Anyhow, this morning was different. I had decided to finally ask Ethan to a movie, and after he finished telling his sister something about whipped cream on the phone, I did! It turns out he couldn't go to the movies because his sister was afraid of being alone at night, but he did tell me that I should go out and get a pet rock. He must know what he's talking about, because hello he's manager of the Java Cafe, right?
So I came on Amazon and looked up some pet rocks. Turns out that there's only one kit, but that is all you need. TRUST me. This kit is fan-freakin-tastic. You get all of the loyalty and companionship of a best friend, and you don't have to be embarassed to go out with them because they're already wearing a beautiful outfit that - guess what - you get to make yourself! And everytime you need an opinion, your pet can like totally read your mind or something, because Rocky has always had the same ideas as me about everything. Another good thing about Rocky is that he can go anywhere you want. He fits in a purse, a pocket, you can even slip it in your bra if you don't have anything else (although I wouldn't recommend that, pet rocks tend to fidget so they can be a little scratchy).
These pets also give you a little boost with the opposite sex, because now there is no place I can go where I can NOT be stared at. It's like take a picture, right? I've even gotten a few compliments on Rocky, and that's always a good icebreaker since people can't help but giggle with glee at the perfectly-matching top and bottoms that I painted on. Thank goodness Ethan recommended Rocky for me, or else I would have never found the friend that I was searching for my whole life. It's like the empty, gaping void in my soul has been mended, all thanks to Alex Toys. Alex, you're awesome!!
