I made the mistake of buying this junk, I am writing this in hope that you do not do the same. I would give it zero or negative stars if available. I want to start by saying that the seller I bought this from on Amozon.com did a fine job of shipping and packaging my order and this is in no way a reflection on them. The manufacturers of this garbage, however are criminals! They stole my money! Within minutes of owning this rubbish, I recognized it's limitations. I logged on to the web site supplied on the box- what a joke. I left three very basic questions in their email box, three separate days, and have not been answered yet for any of them(weeks later). The product box has pictures of things not included and makes claims that are false. It claims that free templates(yes, plural) are available for download. I found one and a part of one dated 2001-but only part, useless to me. This program only recognizes the very few templates supplied and contrary to claims on the box- you can NOT work on them or design more in your favorite paint program. If you want to pay these crooks for a very limited, remedial, and weak program than by all means- buy it. Further research on my part has revealed that all of the things this worthless program does can be done for free. I have made note of the manufacturers name and will never buy any more of their products, although I had been looking at one. I suggest you do the same. No wander Trainz does not sell as well as MSTS- I now know why. Same clowns that made this rip-off.
