Like all books about creativity it gets your artistic thoughts going and you head for your pencils, brushes and paints. Offers ideas for shadows of realistic landscapes as background for center of interest.

Format: Hardcover
I bought this unaware that it was a watercolor book. Since I'm an oil painter I can't comment on the instruction, but I don't care too much for the paintings in the book. They're fairly complex but not the typical "full of light" watercolors that seem popular. I feel there's a detailed but slightly "crafty" appearance to them, though I could be wrong not being a watercolorist. If you like watercolors I'd suggest you familiarize yourself with the artists before spending too much.
