I love doing exercises with this kind of things. This is the third set of this brand I have bought. They have the perfect tension for me which is kind of soft (not too soft obviously). The best part is the digit counting specially when you want to do more than a hundred repetitions.
It is not perfect tough. I have found 3 cons about this hand grip. First the plastic material is a little rough so it could cause you blisters in your hands if you don't work out properly. Second the label of the digit counter always falls off and you have to glue it again. And third the price is too much for it, but I would buy it again. |
