Although the Boxing gloves/Punching bag combo sounded like a good deal, you'd be better off saving your cash for a better quality product. Within one month (the material on the gloves ripped cauing a complete hole in the palmside where the glove bends. The gloves are also lace-up (as opposed to velcro) and you'll only be able to lace them up a handful(no pun intended)of times before the laces rip right through the laceholes. Not to mention that the loops that secure the chain to the punching bag certainly did not last much longer either.The bag fell to the ground not long after being purchased. Not exactly the KO I was looking for.

upon receiving these items today I tried on the gloves and was completely disappointed. gloves went on fine but when I went to try and tighten the laces, the material completely ripped through the laces and up through the palm. Also the bag is of a loose canvas type almost like a potato sack, it has no lining at all and any granular material such as sand would simply seep out. another reviewer said that they would do fine if wrapped in duct tape, not to be rude to the seller, but you may be better to build your own bag from duct tape. also the chains and hardware on the bag are of super low quality, i am fairly sure that I could snap the welds with my hands. save your money and buy a better quality item, these would go down quicker than peter mcnally fighting mike tyson. dont waste your time or money on these bad boys, a definite T.K.O.
in addition to this once i returned the item to LIFE GEARS , THEY DID NOT EVEN REFUND MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE

A really heavy fabric canvas bag, well made and comes with a heavy duty chain. The gloves are also well made. Overall, you simply won't find a better deal for the money. Note: You do have to STUFF YOUR OWN BAG...Would not recommend putting rocks in it. It would be best to use a heavy plastic liner, load the bottom with a bit of sand to make the bag hang right, then finish off the load with something that absorbs shock well. I think 50lbs or less is good for this size bag. To increase longevity and make it easier on your hands/gloves, wrap the bag with duct tape. It'll make it almost as good as a PRO level bag.
