The sound edge gives a defined "chick" when using the hi-hats. You may pay a premium for these because they are by Paiste, and their big brother - the 15" were made famous by Led Zeppelins drummer John Bonham.

Excellent cymbals - give a drummer great versatility and control - be sure to hit them at a store somewhere before you buy them.
