Absolutely yummy! I was a bit worried that the various ingredients may not be easily obtained in my country. Certainly items such as almond flour are not easily available, except in small packages, and tend to be rather expensive. But since money is not being wasted on processed and junk foods, one tends to break even on the financial side of things.

These are the sort of foods that I most enjoy and they are quick and easy to make, which is a boon because I almost always have to prepare separate meals for my husband and myself.

It just so happens that my granddaughter who has Rett Syndrome needs to be on a special diet too and the recipes available are perfect for her needs as well.

I must admit I was a bit intimidated about trying to do the paleo diet but this book makes the transition an easy one to make so I decided to try again.

This book has some great pictures of some really tasty recipes that make eating the paleo way not only easy but the recipes actually taste good which in the end if I'm going to stick with something it will be because it tastes good.

I like the layout of this book that guides you in an easy step by step manner. And believe me when I say I need help when it comes to making reciepes. When I tried paleo before it was hard for me to come up with things to make - I'm looking forward to working my way through the 30 day challenge with this book. Some of the pictures in the book look Delish!

I'm a busy person. I can not devote 2 hours a day to prepping and cooking food. This is paleo for kinda busy, pancake and muffin loving crowd. Since when was eating optimally equated with flour substitutes and fruit? That being said it is free right now and I enjoy browsing recipes and getting a fresh take or neat spin on an old favorite dish. The author needs to realize busy people grill food for days ahead, swear by their x-large crockpot, and limit their carbs to stuff that steams or nukes in under 5 mins and tastes good by itself or with very little added stuff for flavor. Case in point sweet potato +microwave +cinnamon.

I really enjoyed reading this. It is a great introduction to the Paleo way of eating. Fantastic, easy to follow recipes to get you started for your first 30 days. The recipes are also easily adaptable if you follow the basic principles. I have gotten some terrific ideas out of this book that I am going to cook this weekend!

I've been wanting to know more about this diet. This book summed it up in an easy to read format and provided recipes that sound easy to make and delicious! And with a chronically ill child I believe this may help with the inflammation she experiences. Definitely worth buying!
