Editorial Reviews

From the Back Cover

"While considering the switch to a Paleo diet for the whole family I was concerned about quick lunches and snacks for my 4 kids. This book covered those worries perfectly with great staple recipes for sauces and condiments I hadn't even thought of as a person New to the Paleo way! "

"This is a great book of wonderful healthy ideas for snacks...not just for children but adults too. If I could go back and redo one thing in bringing up my boys it would be healthy eating instead of McDonalds and Hot Pockets! This book is a great start if it's not too late for you and your babies! "

I liked the ideas, but want to caution you on the sweet potato fries. Olive oil is a huge no-no for high heat. I would suggest using coconut oil or another paleo friendly high heat old instead. I will be trying several of these recipes. :)

This book has some great basic ideas and recipes. This book will be great for someone new to the Paleo lifestyle. The one negative I see is to "limit fats" and then it goes one to list the good fats. Paleo doesn't really limit fats. they The good fats are great dense nutrition and needed for brain development.

Great pics, good ideas and recipes! I thought late did a good job of providing options for those wanting to use cheese or no, for example. It's good information without a lot of stuff you have to read through to get to the information you're seeking. (Like that last sentence) ha!

Great go-to for quick snack ideas that are good for adults too. Worth the price when you don't want to think about what to make.
