I look at long lists of ingredients in a recipe and my eyes glaze over. This book did not induce eye glazing. Simple, to the point and nutritious!! Great tips on storage & portability. Would recommend for busy or a little lazier cooks!

This book doesn't back track and give you information about the Paleo lifestyle. I found Paleosufficient enough for that. It does start off by giving you some really awesome ideas about how to store and travel with your food..not all the ideas are good for the little ones though. It would be five stars if it included more photos of the recipes.

One of the problems I find as someone who eats mostly paleo, is that it is difficult to eat away from home. I really appreciate ideas on how to make portable food I can take with me. I'm sure other paleo enthusiasts will like this.

The first recipe that i tried, I made the Rosemary Almonds and they were delicious! seriuosly if you like rosemary you will love this recipe. However i found skinning the almonds tidious and time consuming. Maybe next time i will see if i can find them somewhere already skinned. Also the authur left out when to add the rosemary and salt. Do i cook it in with the almonds and coconut oil or do i add it aferwards? Do i discard the left over coconut oil from the skillet or leave it for the almonds to absord ?

Since i wasent sure i cooked the rosemary in with the almonds ( the house smelled so go) and discarded the left over coconut oil. I then added the sea salt and more rosemary since the cooked rosemary was browned and seem to stay with the oil. For some reason the salt and rosemary dosent stick to well to the almonds so any tips are most welcomed. Overall i will make this recipe again and again i loved it and so did my friends and family.

I gave this book 4 stars because of the lack of detailed information on the recipes, lack of photos and not being able to print the recipe to add notes. Still for the price, the Rosemary nuts recipe alone is still worth it!

It's a book of recipes, most you can find through Google btw. It doesn't say what you shouldn't eat. The recipes do sound good though.

This book is full of great recipe ideas from classics like prosciutto and melon (done with a twist!) to creative recipes like the sunrise smoothie, which is a great start to the day. The omelette muffins are a favorite in my house and we also love the Brussels sprouts. Trust me - this recipe makes them irresistible!
