not what i expected.....,

I bought this book with the hope that it would detail the eating habits of those living in the paleolithic era. While there may be some valuable info on that in the book, it was extremely dry and somewhat unapproachable. Interesting but I wouldn't recommend it to someone just curious about paleo eating habits.
