this is a good size for sitting in the chair or on the bed as a single blanket...and it's soooo soft, on both sides. It looks like it's of good quality too. Great great purchase. would be a nice gift for someone too.

I have an obsession with bedding, and throws are no exceptions. I have literally purchased every throw that is raved about on amazon.

Hands down, these throw wins!

I bought both the leopard and brown zebra print one. I was hesitate at first, because I was intimidated by the print. However, I was at TJ Maxx one day and say a very similar throw for a lot more money. I felt the material, and it was silky soft.

When I saw it on sale here at Amazon, I grabbed two of 'em. They are PERFECT! Looks amazing with the different textures and colors on my bed! It's weighty, yet cool and soft to the touch. Doesn't shed, and lint is not attracted to it. Keeping it on top of my blankets, gives you a nice weighty feel, without being suppressed.

The size is very generous that it even covers up the majority of my king size bed.

A must have! I will be ordering a few more!

By the way, the pinzon microtec throw, although very fuzzy and warm, is very linty and staticy. I love the deep color, but the lint drives me nuts. It's smaller than this throw, and is perfect for colder nights on the sofa with a book. (I bought 4 of them for gifts and kept one for myself.)

The Columbia fleece throw is WAYYYYYYY too linty that even after two washes, I am still sneezing from all the little dust it produces, and I dont even have allergies! I'm going to wash it a few more times, and then give it to my dog as it is incredibly soft and warm.

The pike street wrap around down blanket I bought last year is the same size as this, and I like the suede...but it really feels like two pieces of fabric sewn together....

So if you're stuck between what throw to get, I highly suggest this one!

I admit I wasn't expecting much when I ordered two of these for gifts for my daughter and her friend. When we received them I was pleasantly surprised at the texture of the throw since it said 100% polyester but it felt soft & silky and has a subtle sheen to it.

The throw is generously sized and super soft on both sides and is reversible from a zebra print on one side to a solid creamy white with a zebra print border on the other side.

Both girls were more than happy with their gift and I love the price at just under $30 for two of them shipped to my door.

This throw is absolutely fabulous! I bought the first one for $20, and it was a great deal! I have since bought 9 more and the deal just keeps getting better!! This throw is so luxurious! The softest ever, and it is absolutely beautiful! My family and friends have all fallen in love with this blanket when I give it as a gift!!

I bought this blanket for myself and loved it so much I bought another one as a gift for a friend.

The blanket is INCREDIBLY soft and fuzzy. The two sides feel a little different and they are both very soft. The blanket is a nice thickness, definitely not too thin, and not too thick.

I would definitely recommend washing it as soon as you get it. When it first arrived there were little fuzzies that came off. Once I washed it and dryed it (it is machine washable and safe for the dryer) I didn't have any problems with it at all.

I have recommended this blanket to several family members and friends, not to mention bought a 2nd one as a gift. I love it so much, I may buy one of the other designs for myself too.

Its a great size too! Most throws are only 60" long, but this one is 70". I'm a little taller than average so this allows me to cover my feet and my shoulder with the blanket at the same time.

If you love soft blankets, and especially if you love animal prints, this is a GREAT buy! (Not to mention a TERRIFIC price for a soft throw!)

...and adds to your enjoyment of the relaxing times, and the party times, and it reminds one of our responsibility to NOT USE ANIMAL FUR, but also how beautiful & practical the real life is.

I purchased 8 of these 50" x 70" Palladium animal throws when they were offered at Amazon for $9.24-$10.25. When delivered, my first impression before even opening the package was "OH NO, how dinky". After I removed them from the plastic bag , gave them a "shake" & sat with one in front of my TV, my viewpoint changed. They are thin, but have some "weight" to them and are made of a velvet-like polyester fabric. I have 7 cats so perhaps their lack of "high-pile" fiber will make them less likely to have the pet hair stick to them when laundered. I haven't washed one yet because I'm keeping my cats off of them as much as possible. I intended to give some of the 8 throws I bought as gifts- a different print for each family member so they could identify THEIR blanket. For the cheap price I paid, you could give one to a grandparent, donate one to a nursing home or give one to a needy person. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I love animals and animal prints so long as they are only replicas of the real thing! I would NOT have bought so many of these throws if the price was not this cheap. I good buy for the price I paid!

This item exceded my expectations , the outside is very soft and feels almost like real animal fur and the underside is also very soft . It is a little heavier weight than your average throw , and is great to snuggle under on the cooler nights . The size is perfect for using while in the recliner or on a small bed . This is well worth the money .

I use this throw alot and find in very comfortable and soft. However, the material around some of the hemmed edges doesn't lay flat leaving an impression that the throw may be a "second". I almost returned it for that reason and don't think the prodoct i rec'd would be suitable for a gift. I have looked at similar throws at TJ Max (for about the same price) and they don't have this problem. If you are looking for a gift, buy one where you can examine it for flaws.
