I bought this as I dropped the original stylus in Lake, hoping Palm will have better quality.
But it is smaller in length and Diameter, if I bend my phone it falls down.
It works - just need to be careful.

To start with, I was searching for a replacement for my (lost) stylus with a built-in pen to fit my Palm Centro phone/PDA - long ago discontinued by Palm. And, yes, I'm still using both the phone and the palm. While it's far from ideal, it's way better than carrying two separate devices. I bought this item from an Amazon Marketplace merchant. When it arrived, I found that it only fits a different Palm phone, the Treo.

I went back and searched Amazon again for "Palm Centro stylus pen" and found this item as the first of several items returned by the search. I took a closer look at the item description from the merchant and saw that it doesn't list the Centro as a phone that it fits, so the merchant didn't do anything wrong. The problem, in this case, is with the search engine at Amazon. The merchant doesn't know what search I entered to arrive at their listed item(s).

I contacted the seller who apologized for the problem and said that they would accept a return and refund my money since they didn't have the one that I wanted for the Centro. To help "fix" my problem, they offered to send me the only Centro stylus which they had, though it doesn't have a pen built-in. I gratefully accepted this offer since I couldn't find my original stylus and it's hard to find any in stores now (online or otherwise) after this long. Within couple of days their "fix" arrived in the mail.

The merchant refunded my full purchase price as soon as I returned the package of "Palm 3181WW Stylus pens".

Even though they did nothing wrong, this merchant took care of the problem (both the search engine error and my failure to carefully read the product description).

They went WAY beyond their obligation!! EXCELLENT!!
