4.0 out of 5 stars Great inexpensive case
This is a good, low-cost case with ample protection for your Palm. The outer shell is fairly rigid and can take some abuse. I trimmed the velcro provided slightly to allow the speaker hole on the Tungsten E to remain uncovered, and it still has enough coverage to solidly hold the Palm in place.

It's a four instead of a five star for me since there is only storage for two SD cards - I have four now and I'm using one of the credit card slots for additional storage. The zipper also continues far into the covered spine of the case, and it is possible to get the zipper pull trapped in there(although one is more likely to do that out of curiosity than accident)

Thus, if you a physician contemplating use of these systems, I would NOT recommend a Tungsten E even though it is otherwise a very nice PDA
