Super clean design,

The Palm Glove is as elegant and clean a design as anyone could wish for. The machine is held in place with a clear plastic window covering the area below the screen. Although sturdy, the plastic in no way interferes with the use of the four application buttons or scrolling buttons. There's a pocket on the back of the case, another small one on the inside of the top below the window for the time/date, and a final one behind the PDA. The Glove opens up from the bottom and has a snap closure that shuts by folding around the bottom of the case, nicely protecting the Hotsync port from most potential damage. The case has the standard feel of neoprene and the accents are true black, clear royal, and bright yellow. The only curiosity to this case is what to do with the flip cover that comes standard with the M100. I've tried sliding it into the top pocket, folding it behind the machine into the inside back pocket and removing it. Have yet to decide whether it should stay or go. Right now, it's still on my Palm and not inserted in any pocket, serving as additional protection. As the other case styles do suggest removal of the flip lid, I can only assume that it should stay (somewhere). This is a terrific protective case. Highly recommended!

I am baffled by the glowing review, below. The case exhibits the following deficiencies, any one of which would be enough to recommend against it:When the m100 is in the case, you cannot access the stylus, unless you have a third hand (one to hold the case, one to peel back the rear of the case, and one to extract the stylus. [This, of course, is a consequence of Palm's ill-considered decision to place the stylus at the rear of the unit. What were they thinking?] The m100 must be forced into the case with great effort. There is a thick plastic sheet (reminiscent of a spill-proof furniture slipcover) positioned over all of the buttons, interfering with the tactile feedback they provide. When the m100 is in the case, it is difficult to insert and remove the HotSync cable, as the case's seam partially occludes the slot. Avoid it.

A very handy case,

I can't understand why so many people have had a hard time with the fit of this case. At first, I did have a little trouble with the logo hitting the time display button and with the snap closing easily, but then I realized that everything worked exactly as it should once I slid the flip-top into the pocket meant for it. Now I love the case and am very glad I bought it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it does add quite a bit of bulk to the Palm, but I don't suppose you can get good protection without a little heft. All in all, I think this case is a great value and a good way to protect your investment.

Palmglove after 5 weeks,
By
This review is from: Palm PalmGlove - Carrying case - black, yellow (Electronics)
I have owned the palmglove(black) for 5 weeks and here are the facts:0. The back pocket on the glove is ultra convenient. 1. There is no real question of where to put the lid. You slide it into the pocket that is made for it. It fits perfectly. 2. There is no real problem with getting the stylus out. You learn to bend the side of the glove. It's just as fast. 3. The plastic over the buttons doesn't look cheap. 4. It does add bulk, but it adds protection. 5. It is perfect if you are one who is going to toss your palm into a bag or a suitcase. 6. With the palmglove you won't be able to slide it into the inside pocket of you coat, and not notice it. It will make the outside of your jacket puff out. 7. It provides total protection. You can drop it on its corner onto concrete and your okay. 8. Because of it's larger size you will never forget your carrying it. and that's good and bad, of course. I liked the palmglove but I prefer how thin it is without it. If you need protection and size doesn't matter, boom its perfect for you.

For the most part, I really like the style and functionality of the PalmGlove. However, the stitching on the top curve of the Glove started to unravel soon after I purchased it. The unraveling hasn't progressed too rapidly, so the Glove has been functional for a while now (though not very attractive).Seems like a problem with the quality of the stitching.

THE WORST CASE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Palm PalmGlove - Carrying case - black, yellow (Electronics)
I ordered this case online about a month ago. When I received it in the mail, I was so excited. It looked awesome! That is probably the only thing positive I can say about this product. However, it only looked awesome WHEN THE PALM WAS NOT IN IT! First off, I am sort of a prefectionist in a way. So, here is my first experience with this product. I first had to jam my palm into the plastic cover. Then, I could not get it centered. It always seemed to be tilting toward and hanging out one side. Second, I closed the flip top and snapped it shut in the back. Then I looked at it and saw how my plam m100 was literally bursting out of the case! A very tight fit...but not in a good way. The strap that snaps the flip top shut in the back is too long, making the bottom of my palm visible and sticking out the front, leaving it looking ugly and my palm unprotected. What I mean is, the flip top did not come down far enough. Therefor, when I pushed the little hand button on the cover that is supposed to hit the button on my palm to display the time, it missed the button and jammed into my screen. There's some careful designing for ya! I'd swear that Palm never even tested this product on a m100 handheld before releasing it! Very poor craftsmanship! I thought my individual case was defective, so I sent it back and exchanged it for another of the same model. That model, too, was just as disappointing as the first! To all of you out there, this case is trouble! ... My friend got it too, and ended up sending his back as well! The other two cases of this design (black and royal blue) are the same way. These are most likely the worst cases you can get for your m100. Do not buy it. It's too bad I even had to give it one star. They should include an option for "No Stars"!

This case fits snugly to the PDA, but is not too tight. The neoprene also provides shock protection as well. I have had this case for months now, and am very pleased with it. It does increase the thickness of the unit, but less than most cases. I like that you dont have to attach velcro to the PDA, the case holds it with a plastic window that does not interfere with the buttons. Only downside is with a M125 it can be difficult to get the stylus out.

I bought this case when i bought my palm, and I am very pleased with it. 1) the flip cover slides in under the front flap, making the complaints about the case not fitting incorrect. When the cover is in the flap it fits...well...like a glove. 2) The window to display the time is great, i use it in class, professors think im organized and im just biding my time... 3) The only drawback is one i could see with any case...the shortcut buttons are too sensitive, i find that if i pull my palm out of my bookbag and press down accidentally i open the to do list or my contacts. Not terrible, but a bit disconcerting at first. Overall, I loooooove this case.

Nice look, poor fit,

I get many compliments on it. Love the colors and materials. One drawback (which nearly led me to return it): With the device inside, the front cover doesn't quite reach all the way to the bottom. This means that the button for the clock feature doesn't work unless I drag the cover down with my thumb while pressing. Also, it just doesn't look right. It likes the case is just too small for the device, which it is.
