I ordered a Treo 680 to upgrade my Centro. Received the cell phone after the predicted delivery date. It was listed as "new" but had a large scratch on the back and 2 large gouges in the casing. The Palm software was NOT included with the phone. I downloaded the software from [...], but the phone would not sync, with no recognition that the phone was even connected to the computer. I own a Centro that has a large amount of information, and syncing the phone is absolutely necessary. Spent HOURS on the phone to Palm support, transferred in and out of the country, only to find there was a question regarding the authenticity of my purchase. I emailed Unlocked Cell Phone Kings with my concerns, and got an automated reply about the return process. I then emailed with questions about exchanging the phone, and my concerns about the inability to sync. I again received an automated reply telling me to wait for an RMA number to return the phone. I returned the phone, and received a replacement phone today. It appears to be unscathed, but the language on the phone is set to Spanish. I am afraid to sync it, in case it turns the language on my Centro to Spanish if there comes a time that I have to re-sync the Centro (which is looking likely at this point). I would like to email the Cell Phone Kings, but.... I will try to Palm suport online, and if this problem is not fixed IMMEDIANTE, I am done with this company.
