Palm Treo 650 Premium Form Fit Case

The strap at the top causes the SD card to constantly pop out of the treo and can corrupt your data. The hole at the bottom is not quite big enough to allow you to plug in the synchronizer cable completely - to make a firm connection you need to remove the case. The clear panel makes the touchscreen nearly useless.

The good: Protects the phone and allows you to see the screen. Fold down flap for camera, openings for the mic, headset, and data cable.

The bad: Clear plastic front makes the 5 way button difficult to operate, and clicking on the corners of the screen especially at the top is rather difficult. There is no cutout for the speaker on the back causing sound to be muffled a little bit.

All in all this case is tolerable and at it's current price it's a pretty good deal. If you use your phone frequently though I'd recommend looking for another case.

Flimsy with clear plastic over the keyboard. Makes the keys hard to use. Clip is ok. Better off if you buy a different case as this case does not protect your Treo.

The purpose of having a cell phone is to protect the phone, which this case does not. It will not protect your phone from dropping because all the corners and much of the sides and top of the phone remain exposed! I can't believe an actual "Treo" brand case is so poorly designed.

The case is very nice, however the plastic cover over the keyboard and screen is very annoying and makes use of the Treo difficult if not impossible at times.

However, this is a good low cost solution. I recommend spending a little more for a nice case which does not have the plastic cover.

My initial excitement with the case ebbed when my phone slipped out of the case twice and hit the ground hard... It's a nice-looking case, but the risk of accidentally "unbuttoning" the single top button, the phone spinning around ("freewheeling design") and falling out of the case is high. After dropping my Treo twice, I am getting a new case...

The case does not offer as much protection as a full-size leather or metal case, but it's light, and the holster is very practical. The playthrough case also doubles as a screen protector.
Not bad for the price!

...But you have to modify it a bit...

I cut the plastic screen in half with an X-Acto knife (very carefully) so that the buttons are not covered but the screen is. I then had to cut of the back tab that covers the camera- duh Hello!?!?! Once these two mods were done - it works quite well. Have had it for a month and it has worked nicely.

I've had ones that cost $ 30.00 and weren't as nice as this...

Go for it.

It is a good buy as you can also use the touch screen on the phone with the cover on, however using a speaker phone is a bit difficult coz the case covers the speaker.
Otherwise it is nice and elegant and of true good quality.
