Once I knew there were faceplates, I knew I just had to have one. But given I use my m100 in the office as well, I couldn't go with the red (too bold) or the green mist (too artsy). The silver really isn't that much more exciting than the black, so I decided to go with the blue. I settled for Pacific Blue, though the Blue Mist would have been ok. The nice thing about the blues is that they go well with the Royal Blue PalmGlove. In case you're wondering: the faceplates REPLACE the black faceplate that the m100 comes with, which is easily removed. Once removed, the new faceplate just snaps on. If you want, you can then reinstall the cover the cover that comes with the m100.

I am so thrilled with the Green Mist faceplate that I am taking a moment out of my hectic day to write about it. This color complements the screen color of the Palm more than you can tell from the pictures. A more accurate name for it would be Green Gold.

I bought it because I read somewhere that it looked better in person and it was cheaper than others, and I'm much happier than I thought I would be with it - I can't take it off!

It's one of the lowest priced **true** Palm faceplates, and after testing a series of off-brand faceplates for less than a dollar each I purchased on eBay, I want to warn everyone DO NOT BUY OFF-BRAND FACEPLATES - THEY CAN DAMAGE YOUR PALM AND GENERALLY DO NOT FIT THE DEVICE PROPERLY. Palm's faceplates cost a lot more than imitations, but at least you know they are fitted to the device correctly. Don't make the same mistake I did - only buy Palm manufactured faceplates!

The Green Mist looks a bit like metallic puke, the Red Mist reminds me of 1980's Lee press-on-nails, the Silver just looks like you are trying to emulate a PalmV, while the Blue mist and Pacific blue are fun yet distinctive. They've got that fashion factor going and yet won't draw guffaws in at the company meetings due to gaudiness. Now some hardcore techheads might snicker at the "just a trendy toy" factor of the m100 vs. a PalmV or higher but I think the product's appeal can extend beyond the trendoid-nokia-toting high schooler or the "computer illiterate". Frankly, some of just don't have $300+ to drop on the higher end models, and if you are a little crafty you can hack this thing up to approach the speed and memory of the more expensive models. It's great for entry level and the price minded. But I digress. This faceplate is my fave, but I too wish they'd bring the prices down to $10, which is what they are worth.

I love these faceplates. The silver mist is my favorite right now because it gives my m100 a professional, but fun look. My second favorite is the green mist. These are pretty much like the Nokia faceplates only for a different product. The only problem I have with it is it doesn't match the back which will stay black no matter with faceplate you have on. I guess that isn't a really bad problem so I think if I could, I would rate this 4 1/2 stars, but the price is kinda high for the product. Luckily most people that own one of these have jobs. I don't because I am only 13. Well, over all a great product!

I had one of the lighter blue covers while i was waiting for the Pacific Blue to be available in stores, but once i got the Pacific Blue, i've had it permanently on my palm. The blue mist faceplate cover is just gathering dust.

These faceplates are a cool and inexpensive way to make an m100 more interesting than the plain-black default.

The picture of this faceplate doesn't do it justice. You have to actually see it to believe it. If you have purchased Palm products before you should be familiar with this shade of blue. Pacific Blue is the same shade of blue on Palm product boxes just a bit darker. Also if you look at the faceplate at certain angles in the light, you will see how nice this color is.

The picture that is shown for this item makes it look like a much paler blue than the faceplate really is. I am actually trying to get ahold of the Pacific Blue cover, but no one has that in stock, so i picked up a Blue Mist to satisfy my need for a color faceplate.

Some reviews i've read criticize the faceplates for being only the front of the palm. I think it looks neat, though, with the blue front and black back. I suppose if you're getting the faceplate so other people will think you're cool, that might be an issue. I got the faceplate so i'd have a colored border around the screen, and i don't spend much time staring at the side or back of my m100, so even if i didn't like the half-and-half look, it wouldn't be the end of the world.

the only complaint i have is actually more the fault of my m100 case than the faceplate. I use the leather flip-case for my palm, and it covers up almost the entire faceplate. but i can still see part of it, so that's not the end of the world either.

The green faceplate really brings out the two colors in the LCD screen. Besides being the cheapest out of the pack, it really "frames" your Palm to perfection. BUY THIS COLOR

I bought this faceplate for my Palm m130. It's easy to use and just snaps right on to your palm. It works with the m100 series, which means it also works with m100/105/125/130. I recommend buying more than one.

Love it! The original black faceplate was quite satisfactory but my husband (having already selected Turbo Red for himself) brought home Blue Mist for me. Nice, but didn't do anything for me. We took it back and I immediately knew Silve Snake was it for me. The glossy grey/silver/black snake pattern doesn't detract from the display at all, nor does it strain the eyes. I don't regret my choice :)
