I haven't had a chance to field test this book yet, but it really impressed me just having read it. Lots of detail (including excellent maps), good organization, very professional layout and writing. They also did an excellent job being honest about possible drawbacks of the trail (flooding, hunters, bugs, temperatures). Can't wait to try it out.
