We know salt make a difference in flavor but I was really surprised how much different Fleur de Sel make. It is amazing. I actually rarely use salt on food, but if I am going to use salt - I only use Fleur de Sel. A little bit goes a very long way and truly enhances the flavor of food. My package arrived very quickly, was well packaged, and I am thrilled to have a good source to order from for Fleur de Sel.
