This review is from: Pamella Z. Asquith's Fruit Tart Cookbook (Hardcover)
This an excellent book that focuses on tarts only. It give a great amount of pastry shells that can be used, an abundant number of different tarts that can be made, among which are tarts for exotic berries like Olallieberry. There is a nice assortment of Glazes; Fillings and Creams. Ms. Asquith also give options for liqeuered tarts. There are no pictures, excepth that on the dustjacket, but there are diagrams drawn on the inside pages to show those, such as myself, how to put together and present a beautiful tart. Very helpful. Great book. Highly recommended.
