I found this tool in our daughter in laws kitchen. I needed something to clean two crabs that a neighbor brought us. It is the best crab cleaner I have ever used. It pulls the meat out of the legs in one piece. I have been cleaning crab for 55 years and have never found a better tool.

I have tossed all other grapefruit knives. This one is the most efficient solution for preperation. I give them as gifts as well.
