I'm 95 percent pleased with this arch. The unpleased 5 percent comes from a few places where the inner lattice on the sides came free from the main structure. When it warms up, I'll glue it back in place and be 100 percent satisfied.

By the way, I located mine directly outside my picture window and hung bird feeders from the top rails. The arch provides perfect relief from the direct, southern sunlight. Weaving everygreen garland through latticework makes birds feel more protected, and thus attracts more feathered little beggars. :)

Just assembled and set up the arbor this morning. It should have taken about thirty minutes except for the unnecessary difficulty of assembling it. The screws were just loose in the box (instead of wrapped securely in a bag), and one screw was missing. The support bars for the top did not align exactly with the pre-drilled holes, and we had to use pliers to adjust them. There are quite a few scratches and scrapes on the powder-coated finish, too, which I assume will rust before long. I'm not sure that I would buy another product from this manufacturer even though the arbor was almost $100 less than the other one I was considering.

But now that it's set up, it looks like I expected it to and seems sturdy. Can't wait to get some vines growing over it!

The directions were very simple, but because of aligment of the pre tapped holes for the bolts made the tightening of the bolt very difficult. The various sections were very hard to line up.

After searching weeks, in an attempt to find garden arbors locally, I turned to the internet. After a lot of searching we decided on two of these arbors. They were delivered quickly and intact. Some assembly is required so choose a cool day to work. We didn't. They now anchor two sides of our garden and the mandevilla is well on it's way to covering the arbor. A good value.

I received this arbor in an apparently intact package, however after opening it, I quickly discovered that either it had been previously opened and then repackaged and returned, or quality control at the manufacturer is very shoddy. The package should have (but did not) included the following: Instructions for assembly AND 6 mm cap screws of some sort (quantity 8)

One of the feet had also broken free of it's weld. Since I've a mig welder, rewelding the foot was not a huge problem, although I had to use an angle head grinder with a wire brush to grind away the powder coating before rewelding as well as repaint the area. A trip to the local hardware store secured the necessary cap screws. Then I discovered that two of the threaded holes on the verticals were placed in the wrong spot to align with the cross pieces. This required drilling some new holes to get proper alignment. I was able to complete assembly and am fairly happy with the item, but for someone not particularly handy and without the necessary welder, drill bit with drill, and tap to determine the size of the missing cap screws, these would have been frustrating problems, and undoubtedly a returned item.
