A very good letter opener
This opener is used in a small office and has performed very well. Depending on the volume of mail this can be a good low cost solution. Not designed for a large quantity of letters.

OK for thin envelopes
The letter opener is good for thin enevelopes. It takes a little practice to help guide the enevelopes. Thicker enevelopes are a problem. They skip out. Doing the shorter ends works better, but harder to guide by hand. There is not a double guide. Not really high speed, like zip,zip,zip, etc. done.
