Panasonic's PureFlat screen minimizes reflections and distortion, so you can enjoy distraction-free TV viewing no matter where you sit in the room. The fine-pitch screen provides sharp images and excellent detail. The velocity-modulated scan feature senses transitions from dark to light in the video signal. The black-and-white portions of the signal are sped up and slowed down respectively, resulting in sharp dark-to-light transitions and outstanding edge definition. The three-line digital comb filter does a fine job of enhancing picture clarity and detail and minimizing dot crawl on image edges.
This set has a built-in 181-channel tuner and two 7-watt stereo speakers. The Artificial Intelligence Sound Control automatically adjusts the volume level on your TV to prevent wide variations in sound between different TV stations and types of programming. The CT24SX10 has 3 composite A/V inputs (1 front), 2 S-video inputs (1 front), 1 component-video input, 1 headphone jack, and 1 fixed/variable audio output.
What's in the Box
CT24SX10 24-inch TV, remote control, 2 AA batteries, and printed operating instructions.

This review is from: Panasonic CT24SX10 24" TAU Pure Flat Screen TV (Electronics)
OK, I have been a "Sony Snob" for years. It was the only TV that was good enough and I have a 35" Sony to prove it. But when I was looking for a smaller TV to replace the 10+ year old, 19" set in my bedroom, I was going to get the Wega!!! Wrong!!! I was looking at the Sony & the Toshiba 20" side by side. The Toshiba was wider & had a much better picture than the Sony! But the Toshiba 20" was 23 1/4" wide. It was Huge! I needed a second opinion. At the next store, they had the 24" Sony, JVC, Toshiba and this little miracle all right next to each other. The Panasonic stood out with the best, brightest and sharpest picture by far. Also, with a 24" screen, it was 24" wide! 3/4 of an inch more that a 20" toshiba! Well, I took it home and WOW!!! You must see this set hooked up to a Playstation 2 with Component Video Cables!!! Gran Turismo looks lifelike. No scan lines, no Artifacts, clear and crisp! Beautiful Picture, Great back-lit remote, tons of inputs, video source labels, great sound, small footprint! This TV is a must have!

This review is from: Panasonic CT24SX10 24" TAU Pure Flat Screen TV (Electronics)
I was considering a 24" TV for space reasons. It came down to the 24" Wega and the 24" Tau. Price and picture quality was comparable, but where the Tau really shined was that it had more inputs, smaller footprint, and its dark casing (I'm not one for silvery electronics, it just doesn't blend with most home decors). I then went so far as to hook its headphone jack to some nice computer speakers (Altec Lansing ACS54, ($) CAD), to eliminate the need for an external amp. This TV rocks. I've no regrets passing up the Sony.

This review is from: Panasonic CT24SX10 24" TAU Pure Flat Screen TV (Electronics)
I just bought this TV so I can hookup my Ps2 to it, so when I hooked up my Ps2 through the S-Video the top right part of the screen was missing, though it wasnt big it makes the screen loo like its curved, maybe its my BRAND NEW PS2 or MY BRAND NEW PS2 S-VIDEO CABLES. Anyways this is an amazing looking tv, the outside shell is very sexy looking with straight forward design and the sound is great. This Tv has all the connections you need: 2 S-Video inputs(1 front/1 back), a RCA input, a component input, and audio output.
