The Panasonic DVD-RV60 is equipped with S-Video outputs and component-video out. Component-video out digitally separates the video signal into its luminance (Y) and separate chrominance (PR and PB) elements, allowing delivery of a reference-quality picture with precise color reproduction. (The connected TV or monitor must be compatible to attain the benefit of this feature.) Cinema mode enhances the picture by reducing glare, softening resolution, and improving visibility of details in dark scenes--resulting in a more realistic, cinema-like image.
Every Panasonic DVD player features high- speed, five-step, smooth-motion scan. This feature provides crystal-clear forward and reverse scan in five speeds. At the highest setting, the unit scans at 100 times normal speed. The Panasonic DVD-RV60 also offers icon-based onscreen programming, a jog/shuttle dial, title/chapter preview (with marker function), still frame, repeat play mode, and a quick start mechanism, which begins playback in about five or six seconds. A backlit remote control is included. It also includes a warranty for one year on parts and 90 days on labor.

This machine got almost everything,

This review is from: Panasonic DVD-RV60 DVD Player (Electronics)
This is a very good DVD player, has all the posible outs for video signal (composite, s-video, component), and beside has one L&R out for sound, and six more for the multichannel Dolby Digital Format (Left, Right, Left Surround, Right Surround, Center and Subwoofer), plus the digital out in two formats (coaxial & optical). Mine had 8 months, and there's no one problem yet. The only thing that I missed is the DTS decoder: I can only hear the movies in the Dolby Digital Format, not those with DTS. If you need both decoders, buy the DVD-RV61 from Panasonic.
