Rotary Blade System with Safety Cone
The groomer features a rotary blade system that uses a circular blade action for efficient hair trimming. The groomer is small and easy to handle, so you can get close along the inside of your nose or ear wall for a neat trim. A safety cone guides hair into the blades and prevents the blade itself from coming in contact with your skin, protecting it from cuts or injury.

The blades feature stainless steel construction for long-lasting sharpness, and it has a curved, hypoallergenic design that leaves your hair trimmed to the perfect length to allow for natural filtering.

Immersible in Water for Easy Cleaning
The ER415SC is fully immersible in water, making it easy to clean: simply rinse the groomer under running water and you're all set to go. You can also bring the groomer into the shower with you if you choose.

Remove unwanted hair from nostrils and ears safely, quickly, and easily with the ER415SC Personal Groomer. All Panasonic Groomers are designed with a safety cone, which wraps around the blades to prevent them from coming in contact with the skin. The blades themselves are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel so they will hold their shape and resist rust. A non-slip grip wraps around the groomer so it is easy to hold and maneuver. I have used the older Panasonic ER411 nose trimmer for a long time and really liked it. It gives a very close shave. So I decided to get a new one, and bought this ER415SC. I was horrified to find out that they changed the design for the worse, since it no longer gives a close shave! They must have changed the clearance of the blades. What a waste of money. I went back to the older ER411. Let Panasonic know that they should go back to the older design which worked.

I bought the Panasonic 415 to replace a Remington model that just did not do the job. The Panasonic 415 left the nose and ears hair (and cut) free! I know not everybody will agree on products, but I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience with this product. It does a good job and it is a great price! I am here now to purchase another one for my dad as a stocking stuffer! I will be sure to type up another review after Christmas when he lets me know how he likes it!

I have had three of these units at this point. The units work fine but there is one huge design flaw. When you open it up the unit to emtpy the clippings the nylon blade assembly falls out and in my case it goes down the drain. If the price was not so low I would be so mad I would not repurchase this item,
