Amazon.com Review
Not much bulkier than a recreational wrist watch, this monitor measures blood pressure and pulse while traveling or at the office, the gym, and the home. It's simple to operate: strap on the cuff and push the on/off button. The cuff automatically inflates, and the measurements show up on the large, easy-to-read LCD display. They remain on the screen until the on/off button is pushed again--or for five minutes, when the monitor automatically shuts off to spare the two AAA batteries (included) that power it. For reliability, the monitor uses Panasonic's patented technology to double-check readings by measuring both the pulse's strength and shape. It comes in a hard-plastic travel case that measures just 3-1/4 inches high and 2-1/2 inches deep and has a flat side with slip-resistant strips so it can be used as an armrest when measurements are taken. The monitor carries a one-year warranty against defects.
