Those whose blood pressure rises in the doctor's office can take more accurate readings at home with this battery-operated blood pressure monitor. The soft urethane cuff fits snugly around the wrist, which is elevated to heart level. A simple push of the on/off button automatically inflates the cuff and Precise Logic technology takes multiple readings per pulse beat. The digital display is large and easy to read and shows systolic over diastolic blood pressure, as well as heart rate. Push the on/off button again to release the pressure and turn off. The curved plastic case included with the device has rubber nonslip feet, making it a good support for the wrist. A chart on the side of the box categorizes the monitor readings from normal blood pressure to severe hypertension. Check with your doctor as to the best times of day to take readings, and how to interpret them. Two AAA batteries (enough for 500 readings) and a monitoring log are included with the device, which is lightweight enough to take traveling. A one-year warranty covers defects. --Ann Bieri

I used this device to monitor my blood pressure every day. The only disavantage of this device you have to keep the Wrist device in the same level as your heart or you will get wrong reading. The device is light and you carry it with you any where.
