Just wrap the cuff around your upper arm, and with just one touch of the On/Off Start button, the monitor auto inflates for quick, easy measurements. An automatic memory feature allows you to capture 21 readings and save them to track the readings over time.
The large LCD panel shows both blood pressure readings and pulse rate simultaneously. If you have a reading above 139 on Systolic or 89 Diastolic, the LCD screen will flash automatically to warn you the hypertensive readings.
The Panasonic EW3106W Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor runs on four AA Alkaline batteries which are included. An AC adaptor and large cuff are also available as optional accessories.
How it Works
The DFT (Digital Filter Technology) uses a sensor to detect and isolate only the essential pulse oscillation, which helps eliminate other noise factors and leads to quick and reliable measurements. This also helps avoid over-tightening of the cuff. The monitor lights up if you are moving during a reading, alerting you to the fact that your reading will not proceed unless you stop moving. The automatic memory feature allows you to capture save readings for two different individuals, making it easy to keep track of your results.

Awesome value for its price,

That monitor is very easy to use without the assistance of the second person. It's far more accurate comparing with a few wrist models we've tried.
We've owned it for a few days only so I cannot review its durability yet. However, the first impression is very positive. This monitor can also store 42 readings in the memory for 1 person. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a low priced, click and view B.P device, Panasonic EW3106W Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is what i recommend. Its been 1 month that i have purchased this product for my Dad. It has got no problems wat so ever, but readings for right arm differes very much from that of the left arm.
I cannot say if it is right or wrong, as i do not have any idea abt how it works. But, one thing for sure, it perfectly matched the readings of traditional stethoscope with hand-pump meter. A small advice from me is that, better go with Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor rather than wrist Blood Pressure Monitor as the readings for the later are inconsistent from what i have observed.
