Did a little research, and picked this one as best buy for the money. Works as advertised. Been checking my bp every day now for a week. This used in conjunction with an ipod app I downloaded, gives me a nice chart on my bp and weight. Although the battery's show no sign of wearing out, I'm going ahead and buying the adapter, also. It would be nice if you could delete individual readings, once saved- but it's an all or nothing deletion. Still- for the money, it does all I need it to do.

The name of the ipod app is iPB- for $.99- great little app that I'm bringing with next time I go to Dr., as my bp's always high in the doctor's office.

This monitor is very well made and accurate. It is also very quiet compared to others I have used. The only complaint I have is the lack of a D-ring style cuff as the supplied cuff is difficult to put on by your self, especially with arthritic hands. Other than that I like the unit.

It's hard to beat Panasonic products. They're usually very well made. This BP monitor does not disappoint. Very conveniently designed with the cuff disconnecting from the main control unit for easy stowing in the provided bag.
It's not as compact as a wrist monitor but I've been told to stay away from them and that the arm type of monitors are far more accurate.
Not much else to say but that at this price it's hard to beat!
