My normally stable blood pressure for some reason shot up and I was put on medicine and told to watch it. I needed a blood pressure meter. I checked the ratings on Amazon and found this one which seemed to have the most favorable ratings. I wasn't disappointed when it came.

It's easy to use. Just push a big yellow button. My previous one from years ago got more error readings than it gave correct ones. This one has had only one in two months.

You can use it on either arm. This is nice because I can check it's accuracy that way. I brought it to my doctors office and compaired with a manual reading and it was correct.

There are two other big save buttons for saving readings. So two people can save their results.

What about the but. While on the phone with my doctor he wanted some of my past readings and I could go back thorugh those I saved but there is no date or time stamp. After a while it gets hard to remember if 17 was Tuesday morning or Monday night. To complicate matters it doesn't save it unless you push one of the save buttons. So you can't tell if you forgot to save a reading.

I found this meter to be simple and accurate but if you really want to monitor your pressure you still need paper and pencil to use this unit.

I purchased this product because of Panasonic's excellent reputation. They did not dissappoint. The large easy to read display is fantastic! An ever better item is the colored range level indicators. If your systolic or diastolic ranges are high, it will flash a color to let you know that your blood pressure is too high. It also saves previous measurements and allows you to compare and two can use it.

The only drawback is that the cuff is a little too small. Otherwise the self inflating to read and deflating when your reading is ready is great! I highly recommend this product!

I read the reviews here and decided to purchase this product. I took it to my physicians office and it proved to be very accurate. I began using it at home, and it showed my normally low blood pressure of six months ago had sky rocketed. With the monitors ability to record your blood pressure findings, it saved me from further tests. I just took it with me to my Dr.'s appt. so she could review, and set up a treatment plan. An easy way to divert a possible disaster!

I purchased this product for my Mom to use. We have gone through 2 Omron units and I was not pleased with the accuracy of the results and longevity of the machine, so I decided to try a different brand. Other Panasonic products have performed well for me in the past, so I was pleased to find that a Panasonic brand BP machine was available.

I reviewed the features and purchased it.

My Mom is a strong 82 y.o. She received the package and was able to assemble the unit and use it immediately without my involvement. I see this a positive feature.

I have also used it myself. It is very easy to use, the digital readout is very legible and the buttons are large and easy to understand the controls.

It has only been in use for about 1 mo. now, but it is performing as expected.

The only thing would have wanted as a feature on the machine was an AC adapter to use house current to power the machine, instead of battery only.

I bought this unit so I could monitor my blood pressure occasionally, because it often falls fairly low and I get dizzy. Not knowing much about blood pressure monitors I needed something very simple and straightforward, but accurate at the same time (who doesn't, right?). This unit checks off all my requirements and when compared to my doctor's readings, is right on the money each time. Couldn't ask for more.

This unit has quality written all over it. It is nicely designed, easy to use and works as advertised. I do not know how well the rubber-like hose will hold up over the years, but after using it for nearly a month, I can say it is a very nice product that is worth the $$.

I purchased this machine so I could check my own blood pressure to make sure that it doesn't get too high but the cuff only fits up to a 15 3/4 inch arm. My arm happens to be 17 1/4 so I tried to find another larger cuff for sale but panasonic doesn't make one to fit this machine that I could find. I will say that this machine works great on my fiance (she has a 11 inch arm). Overall if your arm is 15 3/4 and under I would go with this machine but if you ever want to take anyones blood pressure with this machine that is larger then opt for a better machine.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I have been very pleased. Extremely easy to use, and the memory storage is a great feature. Checked it against the BP monitor at my doctor's office, and it was within 1-2mm either way in 4 separate tests. Arm band is comfortable for my moderate-sized arms.

I just got this monitor but its simple and easy. It comes with good instructions and tells you exactly where to place it on your arm. It can be used right or left, sitting or laying down and remembers 21 checks for two differnt people although I use the chart it came with to wright down my weight and what reading it gives. It has lights that are red , yellow and green that come on when done but I always look at the screen although its nice to look over and see the green lights. I take medication for my blood pressure and I trust in the Panasonic name. This monitor also has a holder on the back so everything is nice and neat. Im no expert but for the average joe like me its great.

This blood pressure monitor is very easy to use, the display is big and you can memorize your results (2 separate memories, that you can use for 2 people, or as I do , to memorize blood pressure taken on my left arm and on my right arm ). The only critic I have is the colored leds that indicate your pressure level : 'normal' , and 'low' high pressure are not distinctive enough (both in the yellow tone) . A great product overall.
