We have about 8 of the Panasonic 2.4 volt electric screwdrivers in our shop and we were burning out the standard chargers at a rapid rate. It turns out we had 2 bad batteries that were ruining the chargers. The EY0225B immediately detected the bad batteries without getting damaged. It charges really fast.
