This drill has lasted through several years on a professional crew who specializes in hanging doors and retrofitting windows. This is a tool for a REAL professional.....and the battery pack lasts almost forever. Good to go!

I am sure that the product is great, if I would have gotten what I ordered. They sent me the up grade because they were out of the one that I ordered. Now I can not charge it, in my existing charger. I must either send it back or buy a new charger. Not good.
