Great price and very convenient as this part could not be found anywhere else. The manufacture doesn't want you to know this is available so you have to buy a new drill.

Panasonic makes a great drill. I screwed up my old one trying to get it off before reading instructions. Got this to replace it and works fine. Made my old tool work like new again.

I bought this to replace the same clutch that was broke on my panasonic drill. it works fine, but since this is the second one that has broke, I can't give it 5 stars.

I ordered this chuck to replace the one on my 1995 vintage 12v Panasonic drill. The old chuck kept jamming tight on bits and I figured it was just past it's best. It's good to have the drill back in use. The chuck seems to do the job as well as the old one, and it's a bit lighter. I hope it lasts as long, 'though with so many aluminium alloy bits instead of steel/stainless, I wonder!
