The phone features a 30-station caller ID memory, accessible through the handset's three-line backlit LCD. It also houses a built-in digital answering system with 15 minutes of recording time plus a short light-up handset antenna that visually alerts you to new calls and voice messages. Built-in Voice Enhancer technology helps to better reproduce the full range of the human voice, improving the clarity of all your calls, especially those taken on the handset's speakerphone.
Additional benefits of the KX-TG2343W include headset compatibility, handset locator, wall mounting capability, and support for Caller IQ (a service that provides information downloads and updates right to your phone.) It also comes with a belt-clip and shoulder rest attachment to relieve fatigue. (Caller ID and call waiting require subscription through your phone company. I liked the phone. Great features although you can do better than the 30 name limit on the number memory. My only complaint about this phone is that on every call there is a static when using the phone. When no one is talking it is deathly quiet, but a little voice over the line and back comes the static. Really annoying. No I do not have a wireless network.

Reception on phone is clear and clean. Settup was a breeze. Long battery life. Voice enhancer works well. Well designed and stylish base.

Nice phone but.....,

Very nice audio quality and useful features such as a handset speakerphone. Unfortunately, after about six months, the phone developed a pronounced echo that got worse and worse eventually making it extremely difficult if not impossible to use. Then, without warning, the phone's answering machine started forgetting to record messages even though it answered calls and played the pre-recorded message. I have grave doubts about the quality of these units.
