Outstanding product as you would expect from Panasonic. Incoming calls loud and clear. The scroll telephone directory is convenient and easy to use. I do not like the "beep" sound when the hand-set is placed back in the cradle (it cannot be turned off)

I bought my first unit at Best Buy. I've used it for a couple of months now. I find it to be the BEST single-unit telephone that I've ever purchased. It's easy, comfortable, has great sound, and is well featured. I highly recommend this product. (I am in the process of ordering two more from Amazon).

Sound quality is much better than most phones I have tried in this price range though the range is short for a 2.4GHZ phone (about 150ft for me).

It is lightweight, the battery lasts several days, and it is fairly intuitive to use. The only real negative for me is the lack of a headset jack, which might have kept me from purchasing it if I had noticed beforehand.

This phone has a better clarity than most phones of this type. When you have a problem hearing on other phones give this one a try.
It also holds a charge better.

It was a good phone until the "off", 4,5,6 buttons quit working. I don't know if we just got a dud or something. Heads up.

I just received this phone yesterday (bought through Amazon and received in ONE day using their free shipping -- Amazon is amazing!) and I was aware there was no headset jack from reading the reviews, but the fact that there are slots for a belt clip and yet no belt clip included (I carry the phone around the house with me & often have no pockets), really annoys me. Other than that, the phone seems great (lots of great dialing functions I can use, since I use this with SkypeOut). I did purchase the one-year replacement plan, just in case, however. I'll let you know if I need to use it!

I've always liked Panasonic phones and this one is excellent. Sound is great, speakerphone also works great, battery lasts a long time and the mute button is essential. Love it!

Excellent telephone for the money. The features are awesome. I have had two of these phone for a while and have not had any problems with them.

I had no problem programing this phone. Instructions were clear and informative. I have had other Panasonic phones, and I can say they beat all other phones. Sony, GE, Unitron, do not compare. In the future, I will buy another Panasonic.

Overall, I would rate the product favorably. The handset is nice and light, yet large enough to not be cumbersome when resting it. The battery charge is pretty impressive. It is a long charge, but holds up to many hours of usage between recharges. The only complaints I would note, are the low volume. Even at maximum the volume is not very strong.
