This phone system makes our business run so much more smoothly. We love the flexibility of the 2-line cordless phone connected to the corded phone. It was easy to learn how to use, the buttons are good sized, it is back-lit, and the options for the ringer allow us to choose a pleasant tone plus ringer off option for night time.

very clear reception. base unit would benefit from key backlighting. Phone book entries are also somewhat cumbersome. Inability to tag name the handsets is also an annoyance

Having used 2-line phones for over 30 years, I have purchased (and discarded) many different types and brands ranging from standard desktop "cheapies" to exotic high-dollar radio frequency models. After buying a single line Panasonic multi handset cordless (KX-TG9331T)a few years ago and using it every day without a single problem, I decided to try the 2-line DECT 6.0 multi-line multi-handset model, and it has performed as well as its predecessor.

Pros: Excellent range (over 700'), Easily replaceable AAA rechargeable batteries, Easy to set up and install, and very solid construction. Can switch handsets or join conference with single button press. Connections for single 4-wire OR double 2-wire RJ-12 connectors. Built-in answering machine. Excellent call time battery life between charges (over 5 hours on a single conference call!). Speakerphone option is crystal clear and actually loud enough to hear.

Overview: This is by far the best multi-line cordless set you can buy, and for the price point, it beats many of the other higher priced models even my $1,100.00 RF system. Having used Panasonic cordless phones for over five years, they are now the only phones I use at home and at work.

Works and looks good, with good features. Very durable as I drop my phone occasionally from pocket high < 3 ft :).

Down side is the Caller ID and phone book look up are several steps away from the main screen ... I use these often (all day) and find it somewhat of a pain.

Overall it is a good phone and I would buy it again.

I've always had Panasonic cordless 2-line phones and this phone doesn't disappoint. The speaker phone on each handheld renders a good sound to parties on both ends of the conversation. Range seems to be quite good. The only disappointment I have is the ringer choices. I would like to have more choices of ringers that sounded of a business nature.

I bought another hand set for my Panasonic 2 line phone. It came on time, but the instructions on how to set it up were totally inadequate. I still have not figured it all out, but the phone is crystal clear and has a good battery life.

Only problem I have is the range on the handhelds. Our older model had further distance than this new set..

It takes way too many key strokes to listen to and delete messages, was not user friendly for navigation and did not have any decent ring tones - like a simple telephone ringing instead of all the annoying "cute" rings. I returned it and glad I did. The best part? Amazon is great for returning things. No hassle.

The display print is much too small for an aging population. There are some black on black keys which provide no contrast consequently it is difficult to read. The battery life is good; the range is good. If you don't have perfect vision you will have to run for glasses if you want to see who's calling or to use some of the features.

When we needed to replace our 2.0 Panasonic Cordless, I did not hesitate to look at another of their phones. I like the idea that I can add other phones to the system at my convenience. It is nice that you can view callers, if you have caller-ID and remove the numbers from every phone at once. (The old one had you remove them from each individual phone and would not charge correctly if you didn't do this.) The phonebook is simple to use, once you have learned the setup. I also like the ability to categorize phone numbers and have ring tones for each number or category.
